Golden Gate National Park

The best variety of hiking trails can be found at Glen Reenen camp which range in difficulty from 1 hour to 4 hours. There are also four short hikes that are kiddie friendly as well. The ‘Mushroom Hike’ seems to be a guest favorite as it is easy. Choosing a shorter trail will have you wrap up your hike in time for lunch at Clarens which is a mere 15 minute drive away.

Daily conservation fee R53 per adult, per day & R27 per child, per day.
